Can my boyfriends mom claim me as a dependent and claim my school credits? I do live with her and she does support more than half of my financial expenses.

No, she cannot.  To claim you as a non-relative dependent you Must have lived in her home for the entire year of 2019.

Yes, she may be able to. First, you must have lived in her home the Entire Year.

Did you make less than $4,200 in 2019? Your relative cannot have a gross income of more than $4,200 in 2019 and be claimed by you as a dependent.

Did she financially support you? She must provide more than half of your total support each year.

Is she the only person claiming you? This means you can’t claim the same person twice, once as a qualifying relative and again as a qualifying child. It also means you can’t claim a relative—say a cousin—if someone else, such as his parents, also claim him.

You can't claim yourself. If you file a return you must check that you can be claimed by someone else.
