I wasn't working in 2022 so we used his w2 and filed jointly since we're married and they're asking me about my w2 and putting in information that I don't have can I use his 2022 w2 since we filed together?

No. You don't enter any 2022 W2 into a 2023 return. What are you trying to do? Are you filing Joint again for 2023? Do you have any income for 2023? If you don't have a W2 then skip that section.

What is the program asking for specifically?

You can only use a 2022 W2 form to file your 2022 tax return; You can not use it to file your 2023 tax return.
