Can I switch download purchase to online or mobile

I purchased 2021 tax return but can not get it on my phone.

The downloaded program can only be used on a full computer not a mobile device and the online 2021 program has shut down for the change over to the 2022 program. 

 

You can go here TurboTax CD/Download Refund Request Form to request a refund of the downloaded program  within 60 days of purchase.

    -Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free.  There are 8  free software versions available from the IRS Free File site
