I want to speak to a real person

Everyone on this forum is a real person. What is your question?

I finished my taxes and trying to e-file. I got to pay for the filiing $20 yet Turbo Tax charged my CC $25 and I have receipt. When I hit Continue, the software sends me back to where it wants to charge you teh $20 again and I can't move forward. This happened in years past and I ended up mailing the darn thing.

Is there anyone that can help??
