Pay what? TurboTax fees? You can pay the TurboTax fees with a debit card as long as it has the Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo. See this FAQ for more info:

You appear to be using Live Self-Employed. Have you taken advantage of the Live features you are paying extra for, including a review of your return by a CPA/EA tax expert prior to filing?

Live Self-Employed is $200 for a Federal return and $55 for a state return. If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.) You avoid that extra service fee if you pay upfront by credit/debit card.
