What do you mean by "filing fees"?

2017 can only be mail filed using the desktop 2017 product installed on a Mac or Windows computer - there are no "filing fees".

You owe Turbo Tax for 2017? No you can't deduct prior year fees or tax due from your current return. Online is only for 2020. How come you have fees for 2017? Do you need to buy the 2017 Desktop program? To buy a prior year program you need to pay first with a credit card.
