The IRS will send the IP PIN to the address they have on file for you.

If you need to change your address go to this IRS website for how to change your address with the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes

Go to this IRS website to retrieve your 6 digit IP PIN - https://www.irs.gov/identity-theft-fraud-scams/retrieve-your-ip-pin

Level 15

You can get your IP PIN from the IRS.

They mail a letter to you letting you know your IP PIN for the current year in January. If you didn't get the letter, you can retrieve your IP PIN form the IRS by following this link.
