Your employer's federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) is not on your tax return. It's on your W-2. What are you trying to do? Why do you need your employer's EIN? Did you already file your tax return? Do you have your W-2? You cannot file your tax return without your W-2. To file your tax return you need other information from your W-2 besides the employer's EIN.
