Yes, if you are due a refund on your 2022 taxes, then it will be taken for back taxes owed.

    is it a way i can dispute taxes owed if i didnt file it

    Have you not filed a tax return since 2016?  Have you had taxable income during the years since 2016 to now?

     

    And please explain...."I didn't file it"
