Can I enter my self employed expenses using Turbo Tax premium, or do I need to upgrade?

    You will need to upgrade. 

    To clarify, are you using Online or Desktop?

    Online Premium is now the highest online version.  They combined the Self Employed version and the Premier version into Premium.  So you need Premium to enter expenses.
