Can I deduct parking fees when I go to courthouse for a client's case. I am a self employed attorney?

I am a contract attorney with the Court and am appointed to represent individuals.  Can I deduct parking fees for each time I have to go to court

    Yes. assuming you have an office (your regular work place) somewhere else. You can also deduct the mileage.
