I have 5 separate accounts with different interest income. Can I add the amount up to enter for the amount in Box 1?

Yes, if the interest comes from the same bank, you can just enter one total amount in box 1.  As long as the amount matches the total, that is really all the IRS is concerned about.

I have 4INT from same bank with same amount. How do I enter on tax?

Do you have multiple accounts at the same bank?  If so, you can combine the total interest reported on the 1099-INT's into one entry in TurboTax.

If you don't have multiple accounts, you could reach out to the bank to determine if the 1099-INT's you received are duplicates for the same account.  If that applies, only enter one 1099-INT.

Here's more info on How to Enter 1099-INT
