Can I claim my Wife Disabled (Autism) Uncle on my side of taxes as a dependent. His mother had passed away and been under our care for about 3months now. He receives SSI

Three months?   No, sorry, you have not supported him for over half the year.   He cannot be your dependent for 2025.   If he continues to live with you and you pay over half his support in 2026 you may be able to claim him as a qualified relative for the non-refundable $500 credit for other dependents next year on a 2026 tax return.
