Maybe---but you have not provided any details about your mother's income. If she had over $5200 of income not counting Social Security, then you cannot claim her. (Did she have a pension, retirement account distributions from IRA's 401k's etc?)

Yes, as long as certain qualifications are met:

She does not earn more than $5,200 in gross income for 2025 (excluding social security income)
You provided over half of her support for the year, and that support must have exceeded the amount of her earned income by at least $1
