Can I claim head of household if I dont live there. But help support my life partner and her mom?

I know I cant claim as dependents cause we dont live together. But neither one of them work and I support her financially, with the care of their property. And part time handyman for them. I work full

no you can't even though you support them because neither of them is a qualifying child  and neither of them are a qualifying relative that you can claim as a dependent
