Can I call IRS and get real person to talk to. All I am getting is automated questions

I filed my return on February 17. The IRS accepted my return and approved it. I also got status that my refund will be on March 10. I got my state refund but for federal refund I got IRS letter to verify my identification. Which I successfully completed on March 11. How long do I need to wait for my refund?

60 days is generally a minimum wait. Be patient.
