Hello, I am having the same issue. However, TurboTax is giving me no option to put in a repayment amount. I have deleted the form, and went back to that section, but still no area to put in an amount, and my taxes keep getting rejected. Is this a known issue?

I get this same issue for 2 years but turbotax is kind of MUTED on this issue, or provide no help by pointing the same stupid guideline click here click there.  It is suck.  We want the **bleep** Form 5405--that IRS keeps asking me to fax them every freaking year--attached to the 1040 (not the instruction to click here click there blah blah blah)

Yes.  If your return was rejected, it was not received by the IRS and any changes can be made.
