Can ... How do I deduct "points" paid on a no cash out principal residence refinance for an "Office-in-the-home". I understand the points need to be amortized.

Should Points paid on a 30 year home refinance with Home office be amortized over 30 years for both schedule A & E?  How?  Thank you.
