Can a single/divorced person who only lives with a disabled adult dependent, claim head of household? How is not done in turbo tax?

You have not mentioned who the disabled adult dependent is.    If that dependent is a GF or BF, then no, they are not a qualifying dependent for Head of Household filing status.   In order to file as HOH, you must have a qualified dependent.

Am I Head of Household?

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
