Google Maps and the Postal Code maps show I am using the right zip code, which is also on the 1099-R.  The error appears to be  TurboTax

If you are referring to the payor address and zip code entry on the 1099-R, you can safely ignore the TurboTax "check" message. Entering the payor's Employer ID # is the critical step. You should be fine.

Yes, that should be fine. If the zip code entered on the Form 1099-R matches the actual form and it is asking you to check in Review but does indeed proceed to the filing step, this should not cause any errors with the processing of the return at the IRS.
