Are refunds given when my taxes would not send electronically and I had to mail my taxes instead?

I used Turbo Tax this year because I heard it was simple to use. It was simple to use. I paid the fee that they asked for, but then my taxes wouldn't send electronically and I had to mail them instead. I didn't know if I could get some of that fee back?

Sorry the Online fees are to prepare the return whether you efile or print and mail. Why did the efile reject? We probably could have helped you fix it.
