If you are a U.S. resident alien you qualify for the stimulus.  Nonresident Aliens are not eligible.

A person who’s a qualifying resident alien with a valid SSN is eligible for the payment only if he or she is a qualifying resident alien in 2021 and may not be claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer.  A nonresident alien in 2021 isn’t eligible for the payment. An alien who received a payment but isn’t a qualifying resident alien for 2021 should return the payment to the IRS

Hi.

I am a non resident alien but I have been in the country for 4 years. And present here for more than atleast 300 days. Do I still qualify as a non resident alien for tax purposes?

You either need to have a green card or pass the substantial presence test to qualify as a resident alien.    It sounds like you meet the substantial presence test, but see the details below to confirm.   If you're required to file a federal return for 2020, you can use Form 1040 (U.S. Individual Income Tax Return) if any of these are true:

  • You're a U.S. citizen;
  • You're a resident of the U.S. or Puerto Rico;
  • You have a Permanent Resident Card ("green card");
  • You're a nonresident alien married to a U.S. citizen/resident alien with whom you will file a joint return; or
  • You meet the substantial presence test, which means you were physically present in the U.S. for at least 31 days in 2020 and at least 183 days in 2018 through 2020 according to this formula:

2020 days + (2019 days)/3 + (2018 days)/6 >= 183 - For examples, please see Tips for Resident and Non-Resident Aliens.   If you don't qualify to file Form 1040, you will need to file Form 1040-NR.

Although TurboTax doesn't support IRS Form 1040-NR (U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return), we have partnered with Sprintax to offer both federal and state tax preparation for international students, scholars, and nonresident foreign professionals.    Please visit the TurboTax/Sprintax site for more info.
