Am i the only one who wants live help but doesn't want to video chat with some stranger? I asked for live help on here and it doesn't happen! Worst service ever i will never pay for it again.

Hmmm....You are not posting from TurboTax Live---are you sure you chose Live? You are posting your question from online Deluxe---but not the Live version which includes live help from a CPA.

HORRIBLE!!! That's the best word I can use to describe the service. I cannot find a live person to save my life. I'm simply trying to get a charge removed off my bank account and I've wasted the last hour of my life for nothing. Very frustrating for such a simple issue.
