Additional taxes, schedule 2 form 1040

Where do i add additional taxes per schedule 2 1040 part II line 6 in Turbo tax premier. I need to add additional tax on a IRA screw up.

I am using the desk top disk purchased at Cosco. It looks like the only way to add schedule 2 is in form mode and hand print form 5329.

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Other Tax Situations
Under Additional Tax Payments
On Extra tax on early retirement withdrawals, click the start button

I e-filed my Federal and State Returns using the Delux CD. Both were rejected due to missing the "Schedule 2" for repayment of the "First Time Home Buyer Credit in 2008". Turbotax did identified the issue, but failed to provide a solution besides send the return with the Schedule 2.

Hope you have a quick solution.
