A license is for desktop software only. Did you buy the desktop software but used the Online TurboTax by mistake? The desktop license cannot be used in Online TurboTax. If that's what has happened, we can tell you how to retrieve the desktop software for your computer (if you have one) and how to continue the return on your computer without starting over.

Thanks, I bought desktop and want to use it on my computer in near feature. I didn’t know you couldn’t use desktop version on iPad. I will go and download to my computer in near future.
