1098-T Spring 2019 Charges Billed in December 2018 but Scholarship Payments Received January 2019

Box 1 Payments Received on my 2019 1098-T Form is well below Box 5 Scholarships or Grants because my school charged me for Spring 2019 in December 2018 but distributed scholarship funds in January 2019..

The Spring 2019 Term was included in my "Charges Billed" for my 2018 1098-T, but "Payments Received" from my scholarship (distributed in January 2019) was included on my 2019 1098-T. The result is I am unable to claim any education deductions. If I amend the 2018 return, how do I make those adjustments?

You cannot make manual adjustments in your return. If there are any adjustments that need to be made, these would be reported by the school in Box 4 or Box 6 of your 1098T.

I entered the scholarship amount in "Scholarship Income Not Allocable to 2019". Is there anything else I need to do?

That should eliminate that amount of scholarship from the 2019 tax computation.
