If you entered information from your Form 1095-A for your health insurance, the TurboTax software automatically generates and fills out the Form 8962, Premium Tax Credit for you.

And you can go here https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2594639 for steps on where to enter your 1095-A so that it generates the Form 8962 for you.

If you need to check to see if you have Form 8962 included in your return, see steps below for how you can check to see if it's there.

Log into your account, click orange Take me to my return button
Click My Account in top right, choose Tools
Select Delete a form (do not actually delete any forms here)
Scroll down and you should see Form 8962 in that list if you input your information from your Form 1095-A
