You can use TurboTax Business to prepare the 1120-S for your S corporation and the NYS returns, but it appears as if you will be on your own with respect to the NYC 4S return.

Note that TurboTax Business is not available online nor is there a Mac version; the software must be installed and run in a Windows environment. Further, TurboTax Business cannot be used to prepare your individual income tax return.
