Unable to connect to transmission service

Continually get the message:

TurboTax Business Incorporated was unable to connect to the transmission service.


Have a current  WAC.  Have a called CRA - no outages.  Had IT make sure no firewall or virus protection issues.  Tried with virus protection disabled also.  Have cleared cookies.

Using 2015/2016 version to file a Sept 30/16 return.

Any suggestions?
