Tax filled in a different language

Hello,

I can access My 2018 tax reports on your site,  but they are saved in pdf form,  in French.  

I need them in English,  how could I get them in English?  I tried signing on the english site,  but they are still saved in French.

Are you asking about a Canadian tax return?  This is the site for the U.S.
