Payed Federal tax due twice

Accidentally payed my Federal taxes twice.  Yes you read that right, exact same amount twice! Both have been posted and withdrawn from my account.  

How can I correct this?

Payed Federal tax due twice

What happened?  Did you send a check or pay online and then they took it out of your account?  They should eventually catch that and send it back to you.
