ITSDEDUCTIBLE WILL NOT ACCEPT NEW ITEMS PROPERLY

After I create a new Item Donation Charity, and add an item, my Chrome browser just sits there clocking. The only way I can stop it is to refresh the page. Then the $ amount saved increases at the top of the column on the left but underneath it says I have not added anything to this donation. However in the summary box, the date is there along with a value for that date.

Is there a bug in the system or is it my Chrome which is the latest, also I am on Windows 10 1809?
