How do I e-file a amended return for 2019 CD/Download?

I have Turbotax 2019 CD/Download and I originally E-Filed my taxes. The IRS now accepts 1040X, amended taxes, electronically. How can I do this with TurboTax 2019 CD/Download product?

Either mail it now or wait for the IRS to re-open e-filing in February.
