Error 190

I poster the wrong error code yesterday. Sorry

 

I am trying too open my 2019 tax file. When it opens I am presented with the error 190 form.

When I follow the solution form this error. 1) create new tax file, 2 click state tab, Order state form

 

I have the premier addition which comes with free state tax form. It indicates I have to purchase a state form.

I created both the Federal forms  and the NC state form. And the filed for extension. 

 

How do am able to finish my 2019 taxes(extension)? I only need the NC form. I downloaded it during the original tax file creation.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated

I thought you might have meant Code 190.  Did you have to reinstall Turbo Tax or move it to a new computer?  Here is 190 info.

 

After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW TAX RETURN)

 

Then go to FILE -Open and find your return.

Error 190

I completed the 2020 Federal Partnership return in Florida & saved it in OneDrive

I'm trying to download that return in NJ in order to complete the NYS return.
