Download Prior Year Return

I am attempting to download my 2018 return. I choose download/print return and then it says i cant access it because i must register my account but i'm already signed into the account I used to submit my returns for the last 4 years. It directs me to a "show me how" page that gives you directions on making a new return and then downloading it?? I want last years FILED return not a new year return??

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

You are not filing a 2019 tax return only registering the 2019 account so that you can access the prior year online tax returns.
