Claiming DACA Partner as Dependent, is it possible?
Hi I want to ask if I can claim a 30 year old DACA partner as dependent when I file my taxes? He did not work for a year and lived in the same household and I provided for all his needs.

His immigration status is not relevant to your claiming him if he lived with you the entire year. Since you provide more than half of his support and he had no income you can claim him.
