can i claim for CCA for my vehicle and gst/hst for employee if i receive taxable allowance

i receive car allowance for ny vehicle that i use for my work, this is included in my T2200 and is included as income in my T4. can i claim CCA for my vehicle and also the GST/HST rebate for employee? Thank you.
