I do not get an option to load a csv file, just pdf, jpg, jpeg, and png files.
so neither the OP or you had insurance? That makes it a legal issue. This is an income tax forum. Legal advice outside of taxes is not provided. as @xmasbaby0 said "no deduction".

If TurboTax is not letting you continue on to e-file your return, you can try doing the following:   Go out of your program and go back in. Clear your cache and cookies. Try a different Web Browser. You can also try:     Log out of your TurboTax program, close the browser completely and then log back in. Temporarily turn off your firewall or anti-virus software that may block the transmission. If you are logged in multiple times on different computers, make sure you are only logged in in one place. Try using a different browser. Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Restart your computer in case there are lingering software conflicts. Try using an incognito or private window to sign in to bypass any cached issues. Make sure you have run all updates if you are using a desktop version of TurboTax. To do this, you can click on "Online" in the black bar across your TurboTax screen and select "Check for Updates".   The IRS officially starts accepting e-filed returns tomorrow (January 26, 2026). Also, you may have a temporary server issue. Try again tomorrow if none of these steps help.   Please return to Community if you have any additional information or questions and we would be happy to help.

Points you pay on your main home may be deductible most commonly on the year that you paid them (most common) or can be deducted in equal increments over the life of the loan.  You would need to itemize your deductions to get this deduction and include them on your 2021 return.  The difference the points would make on your return, depends on the amount of points you paid and if you itemized your deductions in 2021.     If you have not filed your 2021 tax return, you can add the points on your return.  If you filed your 2021 return and the points you can file an amended return.     See the following TurboTax help articles for more information:   What are points? Can I deduct mortgage points? How do I file a prior year tax return? How do I amend my federal tax return for a prior year? @javellan

I have the same problem.  TurboTax Online inaccurately defaults the Maryland two income subtraction by allocating the full amount of (1) interest, (2) dividends, (3) rents and royalties, and (4) other income to just one spouse, thereby precluding the full Maryland two-income subtraction – even though I entered "both" spouses as owners whenever I was given that opportunity when entering the original data.  Apparently, TurboTax’s online version won't allow access to Maryland’s worksheets to make appropriate adjustments.  I'm concerned about showing interest income as capital gains in the Maryland workaround that was suggested.  How do I fix this accurately for the four categories of income I mentioned?  (Also, does this need TurboTax’s attention as a programming issue with TurboTax Online?)  Thanks.
