Child Support Arrears
Hello,
Wanted to know if my tax return refund is more than my current child support arrears balance that I owe will the difference or the overage be returned back to me automatically? Would I have to indicate or provide some kind of documentation when I file my taxes with turbo tax this year to show my refund would be over the child support arrears balance?

TurboTax does not know about your child support. There is no place on your tax return to enter anything about child support. If the IRS has that information it will be the IRS that offsets your refund and seizes your refund for the amount you owe.
