Why did you get the 1099R? Just because you got one doesn't mean it's taxable. But you still have to enter it and answer the questions. You can get one for many reasons. What kind of plan is it from? Your 401K or IRA or pension?
Did you have a 401K Loan you didn't pay back?
or just transfer the money to another account?
