Instead of using the "Jump to" feature, please follow the steps below to get to the 1099-R screen in TurboTax Online:

1.       Open (continue) return if you don't already have it open.

2.       Click the button that says Take me to my return

3.       Select Federal in the left navigation panel.

4.       Next Select Income & Expenses at the top of the page.

5.       Under All Income scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click Show More.

6.       Select Start/Revisit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).

7.       Follow the on screen instructions to enter the form.
