I converted roth 401k rollover to roth ira. The taxable amount on my 1099R is 0 and the distribution code is an H. TTax is treating like it's taxable.
These answers don't help. I did a direct transfer from a Roth 401(K) to a Roth IRA. 1099R has 0 in box 2a and H in box 7. TTax is treating this like a taxable event increasing my taxes due by over $7000. Just for grins I entered G into box 7 it is no longer taxable. How can I enter this correctly?

Retirement tax questions
I can only reproduce the symptoms you are seeing by marking the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on TurboTax's 1099-R form, so it seems likely that you mistakenly marked that box. Make sure that the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box is not marked.
Note that TurboTax's Smart Check will catch this error if it's present when the check is done.
Otherwise, delete and reenter the Form 1099-R.
