I received a schedule K-1 from a Roth IRA investment. Do I need to enter this anywhere in my Maryland State return? If so, where?

My schedule K-1 (form 1065) came from SUNOCO LP stocks that are in my ROTH IRA account.

No.  Any taxes due within an IRA are the responsibility of the IRA custodian.  Don't enter that K-1 on your federal or your state return.
