After you enter your 1099-R, you will need to ADD your wife's 1099-R form. Each 1099-R form that you enter should appear in the 1099-R summary screen.

Also, on the Verify the Owner of This 1099-R screen, make sure you select the correct person (This Form 1099-R belongs to).
