My husband inherited an annuity from Transamerca Life, I am filing the income tax for us & the Social Security the turbotax 12099-r is mine, how do I change it?

Your SSN? Whose name is on the 1099-R as the beneficially - yours or your spouses?
Contact the issuer of the 1099-R. How would they even know your SSN if it was inherited by your spouse unless somewhere along the line someone mistook your SSN for your spouses? You need to get that cleared up with the payer.
(You cannot just change the SSN since it is on the 1099-R sent to the IRS).

On the initial Annuity entry page, it should ask if this belongs to your husband, you, or to the both of you. Check the box for his name and his SSN will be the one used for that entry.
