You don't indicate that. It's irrelevant. You received a distribution and it's taxable. That's the purpose of the REQUIRED minimum distribution; to prevent further postponement of tax.

This advice, correct when given, no longer is accurate for 2020 in light of CARES Act.  I am disappointed this still appeared as Intuit's preferred answer.  I know that's not your fault. but maybe you have enough influence to get deadass Intuit up to speed!
