Retirement tax questions
As the capital contributions are neither income nor expense, these funds will not have any role on most of Form 1065.
Aggregated partners' capital accounts will show in Section L, Balance Sheet, and in Section M-2, Analysis of Partners' Capital Accounts, with current year contributions on line 2.
An analysis of each individual partner's capital account appears on Form K-1.

Retirement tax questions
I enter the member contribution under each member of LLC, however it doesn't show up on partner's K-1 schedule. What could be wrong?
