Can Turbo Tax Help pay the penalty for not including listing of SS received in 2016?

Isn't it part of Turbo Tax promise to help pay for penalties received By the IRS that Turbo Tax should have known, I needed to list because of my age, thus they should help pay the penalty?

No.  Penalties and interest on taxes owed due to user omission of tax data on a tax return are not part of the 100% Accurate Calculation Guarantee- https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2566201-what-is-the-turbotax-100-accurate-calculation-guarantee

On a tax return it is always the Taxpayer's responsibility that all the tax data entered on the tax return is complete before the tax return is filed.

If you fail to enter your social security income, that was a simple user error, not a calculation error by the program, so no, we would not pay any part of your penalty.
