TurboTax - Line 10 = 81213, Line 11 = 9446, but per tax tables for married filing jointly, this s/b 9746 or 300 more. What am I missing?

Retirement tax questions
The tax table does not take into account any capital gain or qualified dividend income. These amounts get taxed at only 15%. Usually, this accounts for the difference.
