https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854">https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854</a>) shows Forms 8915A/B are expected on March 8, 2018. As of this afternoon (Friday Feb 23) the IRS still hasn't released the final version of those forms.
